The Coach House, as the name suggests, was originally used to house horse drawn carriages in the 19th century. It has recently been converted into a luxurious and contemporary two-storey, two-bed holiday home sleeping up to four people. it is also possible to accommodate four adults and two children, the children sleeping on Jay Be foldaway beds.
Ground Floor
The spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. The lounge area has a three seater sofa, two seater sofa and coffee table in front of the fireplace. The 55 inch smart TV is wall mounted and there is wi-fi throughout.
The kitchen is modern with a large electric Range cooker. There is an American fridge freezer with ice machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen island provides plenty of space for food preparation and has four bar stools.
The dining area has a round table and four dining chairs.
The utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet.
1st Floor
Bedroom 1 has a Super King Sized zip and link long length bed which can be made up as a double bed or two twin beds.
Bedroom 2 has a King Sized zip and link long length bed which can be made up as a double bed or two twin beds.
Both bedrooms have a TV, a hairdryer and fitted wardrobes that provide ample hanging space.
The bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in waterfall shower as well as a deep, freestanding bath.
Outside
The property enjoys an elevated position with spectacular views of the East Baldwin Valley, right up to Snaefell Mountain. The patio at the front of The Coach House has a table and four chairs. The private garden at the rear of The Coach House has a Canadian Spa hot tub to relax and unwind in (1st May to 31st August only), table and chairs and retractable washing line.
There is ample free private parking and free secure storage shed for motorbikes and bicycles.
